Can the White House turn the page from the ongoing questions about Russia meddling in the election and focus on the ambitious domestic agenda Trump discussed in his first address to Congress?


Attorney General Jeff Sessions recused himself from any investigation into Russia’s communication with Trump campaign officials during the 2016 election. Sessions had two conversations with Russia’s ambassador last year, which he did not disclose in his confirmation hearing.
